Q. What time is your Check-in and Check-out time?
- A. Check-in begins at 3pm. Check-out is 11am.
Q. Do you accommodate Late Check-out?
- A. Yes, based upon availability. For information regarding a later check-out time, contact the Front Desk the evening before or morning of departure.
Q. Where are you located?
- A. We are located at the intersection of International Drive and Destination Parkway where Interstate 4 and Route 528 connect. Directions are available from the MAP feature at the bottom of our web page.
Q. Is there transportation available to/from the airport?
- A. Mears Transportation provides a variety of transportation services to/from the airport, for individuals and groups. Call 407-313-4300 and ask for our Concierge Service to arrange transportation.
Q. Does your hotel provide parking?
- A. We provide convenient on-site self parking and valet parking. Hourly and overnight fees apply.
Q. Can I bring my pet(s)?
- A. The Hilton Orlando accommodates cats and dogs weighing up to 75 lbs. Dogs and cats exceeding this weight limit as well as other types of animals must receive e-mail or printed authorization from the Hilton Orlando General Manager prior to check-in. No more than two pets are permitted per guestroom. To book a room with a pet, the guest must call the hotel directly or 1-800-HILTONS and specifically mention that they want to bring a pet. Guests will be charged a non-refundable service fee of up to $75.00 to cover the additional cleaning process for their pet’s stay. Pet-friendly rooms are subject to availability. Guest traveling with pets will be required to sign a liability release form upon check-in, agreeing to comply with all of the guidelines of the hotel’s pet policy. The hotel’s pet policy includes:
- Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier while in public areas.
- Pets must stay out of all food and beverage areas.
- Pet owners must be present while any member of the hotel staff is servicing the guestroom.
- Pet owners must agree to ensure pets do not disrupt the “quiet enjoyment” of other guests due to excessive barking.
- Pet owners must notify the Front Desk and use the "Pet Friendly Room" door hanger when leaving a pet unattended in a guestroom.

- A. The Hilton Orlando provides fast, efficient overnight laundry and valet services. Laundry bags and order forms are locate in the guest room closet.

- A. The hotel offers both WiFi and wired internet services at locations throughout the hotel.
Q. Do you have Safe Deposit Boxes?
- A. In-room safes are available for use by guests. Safe deposit boxes are also available by the Front Desk.
